We believe you will love everything that you order from us, but in the case you are not fully satisfied, you have generous 30 calendar days from the arrival day to send it back to us. We will issue a full refund by the same method you paid the order, and we politely ask that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all their YVAILO tags on.
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means:
- clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
Items returned in a condition different than the ones above would not be accepted.
To return the unwanted item please follow our procedure:
Send us an email to email@example.com indicating the order number, the item/s you would like to return and the reason for your decision. You can use the ready form under CONTACT tab.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Please enclose the invoice inside.
We prefer that items are returned to us tracked to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. You may return the goods by any secure means and any courier of your choice. The responsibility for loss or damage is yours, so we recommend insurance for the full value of the item.
Please note that we do not accept liability for the return costs.
Unidentified returns may be returned to the customer.

Once we receive your package, our team will confirm its integrity.
When we have processed your return, you will receive a return confirmation email.
All approved returns will be credited within 2-4 business days. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during official Bank Holidays it might take a little longer.
The refund is credited by the same way you paid for your order and in the same currency. We are unable to cover any exchange rate differences which might have occur during the refund period.
| EXCHANGE |
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please advise us of the replacement size required. Please note that exchanges are based on stock availability and may not always be available.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
Delivery is free on all replacement items, but if you are based outside the EU you might need to pay taxes and duties on any replacement items.
All items for exchange should meet the criteria described under RETURNS.
